Cheesecake is a dessert that’s a fan favorite of many people choose to bring this dessert to family gatherings, business events or even have it for a late night snack. Can you believe even a restaurant named “The Cheesecake Factory” was built and has business constantly booming. I’m telling you this recipe will be worth the preparation and you’ll be well rewarded with the amazing taste. I look at this dessert as classy but yet simple due to it having such an easy appearance but layered taste.
- 2 cups of gram cracker crumbs (around 18 full size crackers)
- 8 TBSP of melted butter unsalted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 2 softened packages of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 TBSP corn starch
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 3 large eggs
Toppings (can be changed with what ever you desire, make it your own!)
First be sure to prepare a 9 inch pan greasing it with non stick cooking spray. Fill a broiler pan with water sticking it on the bottom rack of the oven leaving that stay there while making the other things. Blend crust ingredients in a food processor until fine then add other ingredients as said above, pour it into the 9 inch pan. Warm the heavy whipping cream on a sauce pan after that is heated its time to add the white chips until they are melted then remove from heat. Must cool for 15 minutes. Create filling while that is cooling then add both together and pour into crust mixture, bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. All thats left is topping it with the toppings of your choice lastly jump into the cheesecake!!
